I'VE BEEN IN YOUR EXACT SHOES
As an elite mental performer and 3x national champion, I spent 20+ years pushing myself to perform at high levels in order to attain achievements and accolades.
I did all the peak performance rituals, elite mindset, meditations, breathwork, visualizations, raising my vibration, positive self talk, journaling, supplements, training my mind, etc.
